Will I Be Able to Track My Order?
Yes, after your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information.
Please Note: In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in separate packages.
What is Your Return and Exchange Policy?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your item to arrange an exchange or return. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: Shipping and Handling Fees are Non-Refundable, and there are No Refunds on Free Plus Shipping Items.
